ECC Kitchen & Bath was founded by locals Terry Galbreath and Jim Santangelo. At ECC Kitchen & Bath our mission is to responsibly grow our business by providing unparalleled craftmanship and customer service. Our aim is to cater to the needs of homeowners, contractors and builders while upholding the highest standards in the industry.
Jim Santangelo
Founding Partner
Jim studied Business at Arizona State University and served as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division for the US Army. Jim has a strong work ethic, he started working in the “Tile” trade as a helper at a young age. After serving our country Jim came home to AZ and opened 8 flooring and remodeling stores. Later, selling those stores and establishing himself with Emser tile as a Sr. Director of commercial sales working on large projects (Airports, High-rises, malls, hospitals, and hotels) across the country. Having been with Emser for 18 years, Jim was ready for his new endeavor. Connected with Terry where they both decided to launch ECC Kitchen & Bath. Hard work and customer satisfaction is simply just in Jim’s DNA.
Terry Galbreath
Founding Partner
Terry found his passion for the building industry early in life, having been raised in a family of Contractors. He has nearly 2 decades of professional experience in the construction industry. Terry’s construction career spans from starting out as a laborer in the field to construction management and now Terry is a founding partner of ECC Kitchen & Bath. With a true appreciation for the finer things, Terry finds himself building custom furniture which leads to investing in his tool obsession.
Sarah Garofalo
Design Director/Showroom Manager
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Art with an emphasis of Interior Architecture from the Design Institute and a master’s in business administration. She has long believed it’s the little moments in life that matter. Her lifelong passion for attention to detail carries through in her design work and allows Sarah to create inspired moments through interior spaces. During Sarah’s 2 decades of Interior Design experience, she has designed a broad range of interiors, such as hotels, casinos, vacation homes, ranches, downtown condos, and custom homes. Her passion for designing and transforming spaces using her artistic skills, and knowledge allow her to create beautiful yet functional spaces.
Amanda Pankonien
Designer/ Cabinetry Specialist
Amanda has been with ECC Kitchen & Bath from the early stages of the business being launched. She is a design guide, and cabinet guru, drawing from our client’s culture, passions, and life experiences to create a space that does far more than meets functional requirements. Rather, the finished project is an expression of the client’s personality and deepest values. From the first meeting to the last, Amanda’s design process is every bit a collaborative effort to create our clients’ vision of their ideal space.
Josh Stewart
Project Manager
Josh came to work with ECC Kitchen & Bath as a laborer, he quickly proved his passion and dedication to the company. Soon ECC Kitchen & Bath elevated Josh’s position to a Project management role. In this position Josh manages all field operations for the company. ECC Kitchen & Bath views Josh in this role as the foundation for our in-field crew and subcontractors. Josh excels in connecting the field crew with the office team, ensuring a seamless transition and beautiful execution of our Design teams’ vision.
