Terry Galbreath
President
Terry discovered his passion for the building industry early in life, having been raised in a family of contractors. With nearly two decades of professional experience, his career spans from hands-on work as a laborer in the field to construction management, and now as a founder of ECC Kitchen & Bath. With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and fine detail, Terry enjoys building custom furniture an interest that naturally fuels his ever-growing tool collection. Outside of work, he loves to embark on hunting adventures throughout Colorado.
Sarah Garofalo
Design Director/Showroom Manager
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Art with an emphasis of Interior Architecture from the Design Institute and a master’s in business administration. She has long believed it’s the little moments in life that matter. Her lifelong passion for attention to detail carries through in her design work and allows Sarah to create inspired moments through interior spaces. During Sarah’s two decades of Interior Design experience, she has designed a broad range of interiors, such as hotels, casinos, vacation homes, ranches, downtown condos, and custom homes. Her passion for designing and transforming spaces using her artistic skills, and knowledge allow her to create beautiful yet functional spaces.
Amanda Pankonien
Designer/ Cabinetry Specialist
Amanda has been with ECC Kitchen & Bath from the early stages of the business being launched. She is a design guide, and cabinet guru, drawing from our client’s culture, passions, and life experiences to create a space that does far more than meets functional requirements. Rather, the finished project is an expression of the client’s personality and deepest values. From the first meeting to the last, Amanda’s design process is every bit a collaborative effort to create our clients’ vision of their ideal space.
Jennifer Galbreath
Accounting AP/AR
Jennifer Galbreath plays a vital role at ECC Kitchen and Bath, overseeing both our Human Resources and Accounting departments. With a master’s degree in human resources and accounting, Jennifer brings extensive knowledge, organization, and care to the operations that support our team and clients alike. In addition to managing employee relations, compliance, and financial processes, Jennifer helps ensure ECC runs smoothly behind the scenes with integrity and efficiency. Her attention to detail and people-first approach make her an invaluable part of our leadership team. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys playing pickleball, raising her two beautiful daughters, and tending to her hobby farm at home, where her love for family, balance, and hard work truly shines.
